  • Economics: Development, Sectors of the Indian Economy

Changes:
Certain historical events and detailed case studies have been simplified.

4. English

English focuses on Grammar, Literature, and Writing Skills.

  • Grammar (Tenses, Modals, Voice, Subject-Verb Agreement)
  • Literature (First Flight & Footprints Without Feet NCERT books)
  • Writing (Letter Writing, Story Writing, Analytical Paragraphs)

Changes:
Some poems and prose sections have been updated to include contemporary topics.

5. Hindi (Course A & Course B)

CBSE offers Hindi Course A for students with a strong base in Hindi and Hindi Course B for students who study it as a second language.

  • Course A: Prose, Poetry, Grammar, and Writing
  • Course B: Story Writing, Essays, and Functional Grammar

Changes:
Some less relevant chapters have been removed for clarity.
